Account access
Getting access
Joining a privacy office or setting up its workspace? Find your next step below. Keep using the same email address from your request or team invite.
Request access
Use your business email. Common personal email services, such as Gmail and Outlook.com, are blocked.
- Open Request access. Add your full name, business email, organisation, role and LinkedIn profile.
- Complete the security check when shown, then choose Request access.
- Read the confirmation on the page. Check the inbox and spam folder for the address you used.
A person reviews access requests. Sending a request does not grant workspace access or start a charge.
Use your email link
There is no password to set. Open Sign in, enter the same email address and choose Email me a sign in link.
An ordinary sign-in link lasts 15 minutes and works once. Open the latest email, then choose Continue sign in on the page. Keep the link private.
If the address is wrong, choose Use another email. An expired or used link needs a new sign-in link, not a new access request.
Check your device
After sign-in, the service checks your browser and device. Let that check finish. You may see this screen before the page that says your access request is still under review.
If it fails, use Try Again. If the device is still not authorised, use Sign Out and contact support. Repeating the check does not lift a device block.
Wait for review
On the pending page, choose Check approval status to check again, or Sign out to leave. An approval email explains the next step.
To stop the request, choose Withdraw application. Read the confirmation and type the phrase shown. Keep application cancels that step. A successful withdrawal stops the review and signs you out.
Continue after approval
The approval email has a welcome link that lasts 48 hours. Follow it to review the Professional offer. Review and complete checkout only when you are ready.
If that link is lost or expired, sign in with the approved email and continue from Welcome. You do not need another application. Workspace Help becomes available once access is approved and the subscription is active.
Join your team
If your account is awaiting access review, the invitation does not skip that review. After approval, reopen the same invitation link before it expires.
- Open your team invitation. Check the named workspace, role and expiry date.
- If asked, sign in with the exact email address that received it. Confirm your device when asked.
- Check the workspace and role on the page, then choose Accept invitation to join, or Decline if it is not for you.
Team invitations normally last seven days. Use the expiry in your email. If it has expired, ask the person who invited you for a new one. Do not share the invitation link.
Old MFA screens
The current service uses email links and a device check. It does not ask you to set up an authenticator code. Old setup links continue to the device check or sign-in. Old challenge links return you to sign-in.
If you have an old bookmark or think you have lost an MFA code, use the current Sign in page. Do not send passwords, codes or sign-in links to support.
Resolve a problem
- No email has arrived
- Check the address you entered and its spam folder. Ask your mail team whether the message was held. A sign-in screen cannot tell you whether an address is registered or approved.
- The sign-in link has expired
- Choose Send a new sign-in link or return to Sign in. Open the latest message and use that link once.
- The invitation opens with a different email
- Sign out, then sign in with the address named in the invite. If that address is wrong, ask the inviter to replace the invitation. Do not create a second access request to work around it.
- The device check still fails
- Note the page name and the error shown. Contact support without sharing links, tokens, files or private case details.
